Return & Exchange Policy

At Emerging Ideas, our products are handcrafted in small batches. For this reason, returns are limited to unused, unopened items within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or issue store credit.

Refunds

Refunds are issued as store credit. Shipping fees are non‑refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.
