Because everything we make is crafted in small batches — never mass-produced — each order receives our full attention before it ships. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment after it is placed.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
• Processing time does not include transit time — it is the time needed to carefully prepare, check, and package your handcrafted items.
• During peak seasons or promotions, processing time may be slightly longer. We will always do our best to communicate any delays.
• Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey right to your door.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Tiers

• Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after your order ships. Please note that carrier delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We hope to expand in the future — thank you for your patience!

3. Packaging & Handling

We believe that the unboxing moment is part of the Emerging Ideas experience. Every order is packed carefully to protect your handcrafted items during transit — and to feel like a little gift when it arrives.

• Items may be wrapped in tissue paper, kraft paper, or protective padding appropriate to each product type.
• We use eco-conscious packaging wherever possible — minimal waste, thoughtfully chosen materials.
• Fragile items are packed with extra care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
• Each package is assembled by hand and reflects the boutique coastal spirit that defines our brand.

From the moment we seal your box, it carries a little piece of our studio in St. Pete. We hope that comes through when you open it.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time.

• We encourage you to monitor your tracking link regularly, especially as your estimated delivery date approaches.
• Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your confirmation email is sent — this is normal while the carrier scans the package into their system.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received

• Please first check around your property, with neighbors, or at a secure parcel location — carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected spots.
• Contact your local post office or UPS location with your tracking number; they can often locate a misdelivered package.
• If the issue remains unresolved, please reach out to us and we will do our best to help.
• Emerging Ideas is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery.

Item Arrives Damaged

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
• Include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can understand what happened.
• We will do our best to make it right — a replacement or store credit may be issued at our discretion, and we will work with you to find the best solution.

6. Address Accuracy

To ensure your order finds its way to you without any detours, please double-check your shipping address carefully at checkout.

• Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address at the time of purchase.
• Emerging Ideas is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
